Rationalising cooking in East Sussex schools East Sussex County Council is installing the new Rational SelfCookingCenter® whitefficiency® in all its kitchen refits East Sussex County Council is responsible for approximately 20,000 school meals per day. The watchwords of the catering department are efficiency and quality. About three years ago East Sussex began replacing older kitchen equipment with Rational SelfCookingCenters.

Nottinghill and Ealing High School is an independent day school for girls aged 4-18. Located in West London, it has over 850 pupils. In a recent refurbishment of the kitchen and preparation areas Old Ford Catering Equipment specified E & R Moffat to supply and fit the servery area and some of the fabrication in the kitchen and prep area.
