With Hotelympia now over for another year, CESA is taking stock of what was a very successful show for the Association. Highlights included the biennial Foodservice Order of Merit awards, given to 18 people in recognition of their commitment in service to the catering industry. Meanwhile, seven graduates received their Certified Food Service Professional qualifications, bringing the total number of CFSP-accredited professionals in the UK to 264. FEM had a smoking show at Hotelympia 2014 Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM) displayed its latest range of Alto-Shaam catering equipment at this year’s Hotelympia.
