With Hotelympia now over for another year, CESA is taking stock of what was a very successful show for the Association. Highlights included the biennial Foodservice Order of Merit awards, given to 18 people in recognition of their commitment in service to the catering industry. Hotelympia celebrates winners’ contributions to the industry Hotelympia 2012 saw the launch of the Foodservice Order of Merit Awards.
