Grants for equipment manufacturers exhibiting at Host 2015

Companies considering exhibiting should contact CESA as soon as possible CESA has been successful in obtaining fifteen exhibitor grants of £1,500 each for the Host Exhibition in Milan, from the 23rd to 27th of October 2015. Host is Europe’s largest and most important catering equipment show, with over 133,000 trade visitors and 1,700-plus exhibitors.

CESA and WRAS agree on the way forward over combi ovens and steamers approval issue

Manufacturers agree to focus on reducing appliances’ water consumption Following the meeting between WRAS and CESA on April 14, regarding approval of combi steamers, it has been agreed that there will be no change to the criteria governing submissions until further notice. The Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) had planned to change the WRAS Product Approval Scheme acceptance criteria for steamers and combi ovens that incorporate a facility using fresh water to cool the appliance’s wastewater from 1 April 2015....
