Vangen helps Wolverhampton to deliver a “lovely” meals on wheels service Wolverhampton City Council has provided a meals on wheels service for over 25 years. Williams – the company that no-one wants to leave Williams Refrigeration in King’s Lynn recognises the outstanding contribution its loyal employees have made to its success in a special Long Service Award Lunch on Tuesday 3rd September at the company’s showroom. Dave Britton, John Freestone, Domonic Mace, Mark Rippon, Ray Woodhouse and Keith Panks have each been at Williams for 30 years, while Steve Bradbury, Angela Mowles, Carl Muffett and Lee Parkin have run up 20 years apiece.

Win completes LACA hat trick for British catering equipment manufacturer Moffat has won the LACA award for Outstanding Supplier 2013. It is the first time that the award has been given to a previous winner – Moffat previously claimed the accolade in 2007. In fact it is a LACA ‘hat trick’ for the company, since Moffat were also named Supplier of the Year in the Wales Region Awards announced earlier this year.

Precision’s new freezer counter drawers are guaranteed to operate down to -25°C Drawers are becoming a very popular option for counter refrigeration in commercial kitchens. The only problem is, most commercial refrigeration manufacturers don’t offer freezer storage with drawers, because of the risk of the drawers freezing up.
