CESA has hailed the UK presence at the Gulfood Show as a ‘stunning’ success with the fourteen companies in the Great Britain Pavilion generating a total of 2,641 leads. The icing on the cake was CESA member IMC winning the Best Sustainable Catering Equipment Innovation at the Show. Gulfood is the world’s biggest catering industry show, representing a market worth an estimated US$9billion. Larger body reflects increasing workload as Association puts catering industry case to legislators in the UK and Brussels CESA is to expand its main Council, from twelve to a maximum of sixteen members.
