HRC: increasing efficiency with Williams Refrigeration

British manufacturer shows how the right refrigeration can maximise your profits

Stand H2844, HRC, London ExCeL, March 20-22 2022

Williams will be attending the 2023 HRC show taking place between 20th to the 22nd of March. Visitors will get a chance to view some of its most recent product developments including the Fry Station Drawer and a redesign of its multideck range. Other areas of focus include energy efficiency, sustainability, models for compact kitchens and front of house applications.

“Rising costs and ongoing staff shortages mean operators are looking for equipment that allows them to operate as efficiently as possible,” says Malcolm Harling, sales director of Williams. “Visitors to our stand will discover how Williams can help them to cut energy usage while getting the most out of their kitchen, no matter how much room they have.”

Williams will be sharing the stand with sister company Falcon Foodservice Equipment, and demonstrating how refrigeration equipment can integrate with cooklines. Creating equipment that maximises the use of space is a big priority for Williams. For example, the Jade Slimline counter (JSC2) with a depth of just 500mm and the ultra slim Jade cabinet (J300U) with a width of 595mm will both be on display at the stand. The new Fry Station Drawer is designed to be sited next to a fryer to improve workflow and create a convenient storage solution.  Similarly, the popular Chef’s Drawer (VRWCD1) can be suited with cooking appliances such as griddles and chargrills, helping to maximise the use of space and providing quick access to fresh ingredients. Chef’s Drawers can also be stacked for a flexible fridge / freezer combo and will also be on show at the Williams Stand.

Williams will also be showing its diverse range of front of house products including its bottle coolers, Gem multidecks and Meat Ageing Refrigerator. Its latest multidecks are among the greenest on the market with new features including natural hydrocarbon refrigerant, improved airflow and enhanced led strip lighting. Further significant energy savings can be made by choosing hinged glass doors – available on the Williams Stand to view as well as many of their other features / options.

With the popularity of aged meat continuing to increase, the Meat Ageing Refrigerator is a cabinet that puts the creation of perfectly aged meat within the reach of a wide range of businesses.  Its attractive design makes it ideal for a steak restaurant front of house, creating a dramatic presentation for diners as they enter the restaurant.

The Williams Chameleon service allows operators to personalise their refrigeration using food safe, long-lasting vinyl wrapping to provide completely bespoke designs. A number of units on the stand will be exhibited with a selection of different patterns and colours, demonstrating a small sample of the possibilities afforded by Chameleon.

Williams Refrigeration offers a comprehensive range of commercial refrigeration including gastronorm cabinets and counters, specialist bakery equipment, coldrooms, multidecks and blast chillers.
