FEM launches Stoelting ice cream and frozen dessert equipment

A taste of summer all year round: ice cream, frozen desserts and frozen beverages made easy

FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) is launching a range of Stoelting soft-serve ice cream and frozen dessert equipment, suitable for a wide range of venues, from small shops to large chains. Since 1905, Stoelting Foodservice, part of the Vollrath family, has been providing high-quality frozen treat equipment to create delicious frozen desserts.

Altogether FEM is offering nine Stoelting machines, all designed to be easy to operate and easy to clean. They produce a range of mouth-watering desserts and beverages including classic soft-serve ice creams, with or without ripples, milkshakes, smoothies and even frozen cocktails, as well as frozen custard sorbets.

The 1.89 litre soft-serve ice cream machine has a highly efficient action that gently folds the entire contents during the freezing cycling delivering a thick, smooth and creamy product. The compact counter-top design saves valuable space.

A 6.4 litre combination soft-serve ice-cream and milkshake machine with blender is an ideal choice for restaurants, drive-ins, recreational facilities, schools, cafeterias, and ice cream parlours that need a high production capacity.

For cold and frozen beverages, the Stoelting 4.7 litre single-flavour, compact counter-top model offers the convenience to serve frozen beverages, shakes, smoothies, or frozen cocktails from one machine.

To extend the choice of desserts Stoelting’s 3.03 litre countertop frozen custard machine produces old-fashioned gourmet frozen custards, sorbets, Italian ices and other frozen desserts allowing operators to add more dessert variety to their menu.

Each machine is covered with a one-year on-site warranty.
