FEM introduces no rust heavy-duty Camshelving GN food pan trolleys, designed to last for life

Food pan trolleys take a lot of bashing.  They’re not the glamourous side of catering but they are absolutely essential. FEM (Foodservice Equipment Marketing) has introduced Camshelving GN Food Pan Trolleys which have a lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion and are guaranteed to provide end users with years of unparalleled performance and value.

Unlike the wide array of metal trolleys in the market, these trolleys will never have failing weld points, dented frames or sharp metal edges, hard to clean corners, rust and corrosion or damage beyond repair. Every single part is replaceable for a lifetime of service. Constructed of similar composite materials as are used for Camshelving, with easy to clean smooth surfaces and high performing features, these trolleys are designed to stand up to extremely heavy use.

They are easy to either wipe clean or pressure wash and are impervious to food acids or harsh chemicals. There are no sharp corners to collect hard to clean food residue and grease. They can be loaded from either the end or side and the moulded-in pan stops at each rail end provide stability during transport. Suitable for use in the kitchen, corridor, freezer or cooler, these trolleys can hold hot pans straight from the oven up to 200 ̊C.

On the all-important manoeuvrability front these trolleys score highly.  The solid frames are mounted on four heavy-duty 12.7cm casters with non-marking thermoplastic rubber wheels, all of which swivel and have a secure locking brake.

There are four trolleys available in the range that are either full (170cm) or half height (101cm), and hold either 1/1 or 2/1 GN pans depending on the model. Optional vinyl covers are also available to provide extra protection when storing or transporting product.
