The powerful and versatile Blendtec Connoisseur 825 now available from HTG Extras

The Blendtec Connoisseur 825 professional blender is now available from HTG Extras.

The Connoisseur 825 has been designed to provide a powerful and reliable blender for a range of commercial uses. It includes an 1800 watt motor that allows it to process over 150 blend cycles a day. It is pre-programmed with 42 fully customisable blending cycles and can store an unlimited number of customised programs. It also features specially designed blunted safety blades that are ten times stronger than traditional blades, making it capable of processing ice cubes as well as fruits and vegetables.

This versatility allows operators to easily create a range of products including milkshakes and smoothies, blended ice products like slushies and granita, as well as soup, salsa and batter.

The Connoisseur 825 has a sound reducing enclosure that helps to minimise the noise of operation, making it suitable for use front of house. It can be used as a countertop unit or even installed in counter, depending on requirements.

The Connoisseur 825 comes with two 1.5 litre capacity Wildside+ jars as standard. Made with Tritan, a BPA-free plastic, they feature a patented five sided design that allow the contents to circulate evenly through the blade vortex, producing a fully blended mixture in just 14 seconds in some cases. Two jars help to maximise the unit’s operational lifespan by reducing wear and tear, as well as reducing downtime during busy periods by allowing operators to switch between them.

The Connoisseur 825 fully conforms to CE, UL and CSA safety standards as well as NSF sanitation standards.
