Moffat at ASSIST 2018

Grab and Go is on an upward trend as caterers look to find ways to provide efficient service for large volumes of customers in a short time.  At ASSIST Moffat will showcase its latest Grab and Go merchandisers in an eye catching retail display.

Four of the company’s merchandisers will feature, suited together in a stylish, timber-effect cladding.  They include the recently launched MHC1, which combines storage for both hot and cold food displays in one slimline unit. It’s ideal for sites wanting to offer a full range of convenience foods. The unit keeps sandwiches, drinks and salads perfectly chilled, whilst keeping hot snacks such as pasties and sausage rolls at the ideal serving temperature.

When food is held in heated displays, customers may worry that the items will be soggy or will have dried out. Moffat has developed a special circulating air system for its heated Grab & Go displays that gently warms the product – so pastries stay hot and fresh for longer.
