‘Chocolate Elephant’ Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 oz. Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce 1/2 oz. Monin Spicy Chocolate Syrup 1 oz. espresso 2 oz. cream liqueur 2 oz. chocolate ice cream Ice
Method: Combine the first five ingredients in the Hamilton Beach Commercial Fury blender.
Fill a serving glass with ice and pour into blender.
Blend until perfectly smooth.
Pour, garnish and serve.
