SCA P Best Foam Espresso macchiato machineAt this year’s Restaurant Show, coffee machine specialist Caffeine Limited will be exhibiting on stand GE49 and previewing two brand new Schaerer products, the Coffee Soul and the Schaerer Barista.  Both models are scheduled for release in Spring 2017.  Caffeine will also be showing the very latest version of Schaerer ‘Best Foam’ bean-to-cup coffee machine technology.

The compactly designed Coffee Soul can produce up to 180 cups of coffee a day. It is designed for small restaurants and cafés looking for outstanding coffee made simply in a machine that’s both efficient and good looking.  It also features Schaerer’s innovative new descaling technology, Uptime! Although descaling can often be both time-consuming and technical, this new feature makes it possible for any staff member to do with just a touch of a button.

Schaerer’s Barista machine aims to replicate the essential preparation and brewing process used by baristas with portafilter machines but with a completely automatic design. The result is an authentic Italian-style espresso made with the speed and simplicity of a bean-to-cup machine.

The perfect coffee is a combination of both great espresso and great milk. The right milk foam consistency is vital to the overall taste and feel of the coffee. Caffeine Limited’s latest Schaerer ‘Best Foam’ bean-to-cup machine features an advanced milk system, providing operators with total control of the texture and temperature of the milk foam. It delivers the best ever lattes, flat whites and cappuccinos, and other espresso drinks allowing operators to easily create individual milk-based coffees – fully automatically and with consistently high quality results.

The ‘Best Foam’ system actually foams the milk better than a barista. It uses ‘micro bubble technology’ to precisely control the process and create the exact type of foam required for specific drinks, so the foam for one drink can be stiffer or creamier than for another. The ‘Best Foam’ machines can also create special, bespoke foams. For example, the spectacular Cappuccino Fujiyama, which at the push of a button, is topped with a peaked ‘mountain’ of creamy foam.

“Customers are becoming increasingly discerning when it comes to their coffees,” says Justin Stockwell, Caffeine Limited’s managing director. “The Best Foam machines allow beverages to be adapted and fine-tuned to suit customers’ preferences, with the milk and foam ratio set as required.

“What’s more, they are simple to use and the operator can set the exact consistency and temperature of milk foam, to ensure the perfect serve, whatever the drink,” he adds.

The Schaerer Best Foam machine is not just for coffee lovers, as it can make a range of other hot and cold drinks, such as hot chocolate and milkshakes.

Caffeine Limited is sharing stand GE49 with Exclusive Ranges and Precision Refrigeration.
