A Host of world premieres for Winterhalter

Host, the global showcase for the professional hospitality industry, makes an ideal stage for Winterhalter to show to the world for the first time its latest groundbreaking advances in warewashing. These include the new UF Series Utensil Washers, and the new ground-breaking AT Series of Winterhalter water treatment products.
On stand D11 F11 visitors will be able to get up close to these new products and see for themselves the innovative technology that keeps Winterhalter ahead of the game. Winterhalter is dedicated to designing warewashing solutions aimed at saving resources keeping water, power and detergent use to a minimum while at the same time producing consistently high quality wash results.
The Winterhalter Innovation Box shown for the first time at a major exhibition, illustrates the power and workings of the PT Climate Plus passthrough warewasher allowing visitors to experience the innovation from inside a Winterhalter machine. In the Climate Plus clever design has extended the function of the warewasher beyond its primary usage, taking energy efficiency to the next level. The PT ClimatePlus is a dishwasher, which can also operate as an air conditioner – and compared to a standard passthrough machine, it saves over 50% in energy consumption.
It not only reuses the energy contained in the steam and waste water but it also extracts the energy contained in the hot atmosphere of the kitchen to heat up the incoming water supply. Additionally, when the air in the kitchen reaches 25°C the PT sends its exhaust air, cooled to around 18°C, back into the room to lower the temperature, thus acting as an air conditioner.
