In recent years sous vide cookery has seen an increase in popularity. The Sirman Easysoft is constructed from stainless steel and incorporates simple to operate systems in order to maintain precise temperatures for as long as required. A display allows the user to see the vacuum percentage, temperature and operating time at a glance, and up to five programs can be stored within the machine, as well as the last setting used. An audible alarm notifies the user when the required temperature has been reached and at the end of cooking time.

The heating elements are protected with a shock-proof material to maximise working life. The Easysoft is easy to maintain with pump preheating, oil cleaning cycles and maintenance notifications which include oil change reminders.
