Show and Chill at Farm Shop & Deli 2015

Williams Refrigeration joins forces with sister company Mono Equipment to show off its products at the forthcoming Farm Shop & Deli Show, on stand J89.

The Williams models on display are designed specifically for this sector. Its Crystal RPC1T is a single door upright retarder prover able to accommodate up to seventeen 18′ x 30′ bakery trays and offering excellent performance, reliability and efficiency. Its user friendly, touchscreen DoughMaster graphic controller features intelligent steam generation to reduce energy consumption, while the automatic control of retarding temperature ensures produce remains in prime condition.

Ideal for grab and go service, the R100 is a slimline model from the popular Gem Series of Multidecks. Customer access is easy, while product display is a key design focus. Its thermostatically controlled forced-air refrigeration provides even distribution of temperature, to keep produce fresh.

Specifically designed to chill and hold cakes, croissants, pies, open sandwiches and similar goods, Williams’ Gem Pastry Chiller has a curved glass front, which is hinged for ease of cleaning. The attractive exterior is matched by the bright interior, with LED lighting and glass shelves. Rear loading doors give staff easy access for restocking and serving.

The Jade HJ1 refrigerated cabinet will also feature on the stand. Designed for the rigorous, daily operation essential in professional kitchens, the Jade is Williams’ most popular cabinet, operating effectively and efficiently, even in 43ºC ambient temperatures.

Meanwhile Mono Equipment will show a selection of products including confectionery depositors, convection / deck / rack ovens, bread plants, dough processing equipment, doughnut fryers, mixers, pastry sheeters and slicers.
