CESA announces 2014 Heavy Equipment Forum – free for distributor sales teams

For just one day, 15 leading heavy equipment suppliers will gather together at the Whittlebury Hall Hotel, Northamptonshire, for the Catering Equipment Supplier Association’s (CESA) Heavy Equipment Forum. The event will be held on Wednesday 15th October, and includes an awards dinner in the evening.
“For distributors looking for in-depth information and advice on the latest, most efficient and trending heavy equipment, the Heavy Equipment Forum is a must visit,” says Nick Oryino, chair of CESA.
In the rapidly developing world of modern catering equipment manufacturing, understanding all the latest features in new equipment is essential for distributors and specifiers. The forum will feature 15 in-depth, 30 minute sessions with heavy equipment manufacturers demonstrating their latest products as well as offering hands-on training to ensure visitors clearly understand the benefits and features of the equipment.
“From commercial refrigeration to combi ovens, heavy equipment is for heavy use, but the last thing buyers want is heavy energy bills,” says Nick Oryino. “In the past heavy equipment often meant heavy fuel consumption, but sustainability is increasingly important within the hospitality sector, and a key selling factor to prospective buyers looking to save money and reduce their company’s carbon footprint.
“Suppliers need to know all the information available regarding a product’s energy efficiency, so it’s a key focus at this year’s Forum.”
The Whittlebury Hall Hotel was also the venue for CESA’s 2014 Light Equipment Forum, hosted earlier in the year. For those attending the forum, some accommodation is available in the hotel at a discounted cost of just £50 (it’s normally £160). This includes a place at the awards dinner and bed and breakfast on the 15th October.
