The CESA Conference 2013 in association with the FCSI and BHA, 13 & 14 November, Savill Court Hotel, Windsor
Setting the Standard for the Foodservice Industry:
The CESA conference, in association with the FCSI and BHA, has become the catering equipment industry’s most important business forum, attracting leading players from all sectors of the market. The 2013 event, on 13th and 14th November at the Savill Court Hotel, Windsor, is now open for bookings. This year’s theme, ‘Setting the Standards’, is designed to stimulate lively debate, covering topics as varied as the business environment, technology and building information modelling (BIM).
A strong speaker platform combines industry-relevant business presentations with a high-profile keynote speaker – this year Alastair Campbell gives Conference his spin on events. Meanwhile another notable speaker who retains high-level Government contacts, Dennis Turner, formerly of HSBC Bank, will present an informed view of the economic outlook.
The Conference also offers delegates a chance to meet fellow suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, operators and consultants. This year the Thursday options feature a golf tournament and the Mercedes World off-road and on-road driving experience. The informal dinner that evening will be a strong networking event including fund-raising for Hospitality Action.
On the Friday the main speaker programme is followed by the Gala Dinner, featuring the FCSI Sustainable Catering Equipment Award and the Outstanding Contribution to the Catering Equipment Industry Award.
Tickets cost from £665 for the two-day event, which include two nights accommodation, the informal and gala dinner and a place at the conference. Tickets for day delegates to the conference, for Friday 14 November only, cost £205. CESA members each receive one free day delegate place per company.
“This event mixes high profile, insightful presentations with the opportunity to network with over 200 of the industry’s top figures,” says Nick Oryino, chair of CESA. “It brings together foodservice operators, consultants, manufacturers and distributors and unveils the very latest industry thinking from speakers at the heart of the issues.”
