Moffat’s free-standing chilled multi-tier display maintains product integrity

It’s a bit of a show off

The lunchtime Grab & Go market remains buoyant despite the economic downturn, but competition is fierce, and customers want to see value for money, fresh-tasting goods presented in an attractive manner. Moffat’s new free-standing chilled multi-tier displays are designed to keep pre-chilled food at a regulated temperature. They are ideal for showing sandwiches, filled rolls, dairy products and drinks to their best advantage.

To ensure stored product integrity, a gentle flow of cold air passes through the display cabinet maintaining a safe and compliant temperature throughout.  Accurate digital display controls within the cabinet hood assure operators that food is being held at the correct temperature.

The cabinets are open for grab and go but can be have the option of a full front screen for assisted service. The toughened flat front screen protects the foodstuffs while full-height, double-glazed sliding doors are fitted at the operator’s side for easy loading and serving.

The illuminated cabinet enhances food presentation and the three toughened glass shelves are removable for easy cleaning.  There are two models, the GGCFS2 measuring 830 (l) x 1650 (h) x 660mm (d) and the GGCFS3 measuring  a corresponding1158 x 1650 x 660mm. Both are supplied with a 2m long electrical lead with moulded 13 amp plug for easy installation. Optional castors are available on request.
