True fridges and freezers are built to last. Designed to compliment a modern open plan commercial kitchen, they have tough stainless steel exteriors that are easy to keep clean. This ethos is carried through to the interior where the white aluminium sides and top have coved corners for ease of cleaning, and the floor is made from stainless steel.

To increase flexibility in kitchen planning, options include a stainless steel or glass front door, or two-drawer storage. There are two sizes of both fridge and freezer. The 610mm x 629mm x 832mm TUC-24 has a capacity of 147 litres, and the 702mm x 766mm x 839mm TUC-27 184 litres. Door models have PVC-coated wire shelves that can hold up to 110kg of product.

The fridges are set to hold temperatures 0 to 3°C and the freezers -18 to -23°C. True’s heavy-duty compressors deliver consistent temperature control and, when coupled with the environmentally-friendly Ecomate insulation, cut energy consumption, saving money on utility bills.
