Because ice plays such an important part in a non-alcoholic cocktail it is essential to use crystal clear, pure ice cubes that enhance the flavour but do not introduce unwanted odours and tastes into the drink. Classeq’s Ice-O-Matic ICEU45 ice machine produces individual thimble-shaped cubes of long-lasting, pure, clean ice that are ideal for non-alcoholic cocktails.

The self-contained ICEU45 is simple to operate and produces fresh ice cubes free from impurities.  With a production capacity of 23kg in 24 hours, the ICEU45 has an integral storage bin capable of holding up to 8kg of ice to ensure a constant supply even in busy periods.

For the ultimate cleanliness of the ice and machine, a food-safe AgION antimicrobial compound is permanently impregnated into surfaces which are in contact with the water or ice. This compound safeguards against growth of bacteria or slime which compromises the quality of the ice. A water filtration system eliminates the impurities that cause unwanted taste and odours.

Designed for ease of use, the ICEU45 has an easy to access cabinet, easy to clean ice making system and simple electromechanical controls. It has a stainless steel chassis and stainless steel and rigid plastic wipe-clean cabinet that looks equally good behind the bar or in front-of-house areas. The overall measurements of the ice maker are 393mm (w) x 517mm (d) x 640mm (h), so it can fit where space is limited.
