Whizzing up a Vortex

Vortex hand-held mixer now available from Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM)

Sirman Vortex hand-held mixer from FEM Hand-held stick blenders are a must-have in any commercial kitchen. Kept close-to-hand they quickly whizz soups and sauces at the press of a button and take up very little storage space. Sirman’s versatile and efficient Vortex hand-held mixer is now available from Foodservice Equipment Marketing (FEM).

Vortex hand-held mixers are available in three different shaft lengths, 30, 40 and 50cm. A choice of three powerful, reliable motors, 430 Watt, 550 Watt and 750 Watt, create a combination to suit all needs. These motors drive the durable, stainless steel blades at up to 1400 RPM.

The mixer has a sturdy and lightweight fibreglass ABS body and a robust, stainless steel constructed shaft, bell and blades. These can be easily dismantled for hygienic cleaning, keeping the mixer in good working order. An ergonomic handle and splashguard helps make the Vortex very user-friendly.

A highly effective, fan-assisted cooling system prevents the motors from overheating, whilst a safety switch prevents accidental switch-on. Simple to use, the Vortex hand-held mixer is also available with optional storage case, bowl support, wall support and whisk attachment.
