Here at Colby we are *very* impressed with the blog of ‘Aidan ‘Trig’ Brooks, Trainee Chef’.

What’s especially impressive is that he’s just 19 and still at catering college, and currently on work experience at Boxwood Cafe, one of the Ramsay Group restaurants.

I understand that when Gordon Ramsay learned the young fellow was blogging, he remarked ‘Hmm, obviously we haven’t given him enough to do’.

I humbly disagree. He’s filling his spare time with some of the finest PR the group could have.

Tomorrow night we’re entering a Publicity Works team in a local pub quiz. Any polite ideas as to what we should call ourselves?
